  • Tuesdays: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Fridays: 9 - 11:30 a.m., 1 - 4 p.m.

You must have your 10 digit affiliate ASU ID (beginning with 1000 or 1200) when calling to make an appointment. If you schedule an appointment, please keep it and be on time, or call to cancel and reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you must reschedule.

Please do the following to prepare for your advising appointment

  • Print your DARS
  • Review the requirements for your degree. Read the relevant portions of the ASU Catalog and the SOLS Undergraduate Handbook.
  • Reading the course descriptions and prerequisites for courses BEFORE coming to an advising session.
  • Making a list of your questions and bringing it with you to your appointment.
  • Making a tentative class schedule if you plan to discuss registration.
  • Bringing paper and a pen to take notes.
