Reimbursements
If it is necessary for you to make purchase using personal funds, please turn in the original itemized receipt(s) along with the reimbursement portion of the green sheet completed. Place the paperwork in the basket provided in the business office for processing.
ASU policy limits reimbursements to $1,000 per day per individual. The reimbursement form needs to be signed by the account manager.
