As your SOLS Facilities Support Office, we can assist you with the following and more:
- We plan and oversee all teaching and research laboratory upgrades and renovations
- We work with the ASU Shops and Custodial to maintain the Life Sciences buildings and equipment in good working condition
- Lights out in your lab?
- Faucet leaking?
- Equipment not working?
- Floor or Carpet need cleaned?
- We are your contact for telephone and data connections, space assignments, furniture, moves, etc...
- We provide shipping and receiving services for all research facilities and offices
- We issue keys, combination lock codes, ISAAC card access
- We provide Audio/Visual Equipment for teaching, defenses, meetings, etc...
- We maintain Property Control Inventory, coordinate salvage pick-ups and file insurance claims on lost, stolen or damaged property
- We work with the SOLS Safety Committee to insure compliance and address general safety issues
