Poster Guidelines
Poster set up and take down:
Authors should set up their posters during registration or lunch on Thursday, February 26th. Posters can remain up during the entire conference. Please take posters down by Saturday, February 28th at 5:00pm. Authors should attach their posters with pushpins; we will provide some pushpins but authors should bring their own, if possible.
Poster dimensions:
Poster boards are approximately 1.2 m wide x 1.2 m tall (4 x 4 ft). However, these dimensions are not precise. Presenters should design posters to be at least 5 cm (2 inch) smaller on each margin. Poster height (not width) can exceed 4 ft, but posters will dangle below the board.
