Graduate Financial Support

Applicants must be admitted to a degree program before Arizona State University can award financial support. Therefore, prospective students should apply for admission through the Graduate Admissions Office before or at the same time that they apply for financial assistance.

The SoLS graduate programs are committed to recruiting high quality students who will thrive in this interdisciplinary framework of graduate studies. Most students admitted to SoLS are supported by either teaching or research assistantships. Additional financial support provided by the Graduate Programs includes supplemental summer stipends and travel grants.
