Computer support for SOLS is provided by a coordinator, a part-time analyst, and a team from UTO. Fastest support is received by placing a request at http://helpdesk.la.asu.edu since everyone will see your request; phone numbers are below the pictures for follow-up calls, etc.

Shap Wolf works for SOLS as the IT Coordinator; he is responsible for policies, coordination and the computer-equipped teaching labs. He is assisted by Jon Huffer. Direct direct desktop support is usually provided by the SOLS UTO team, below.
