General Rules

1. Rates for ASU users are listed below.

2. Work carried out by for-profit institutions or industries will first need to be cleared with the laboratory manager who also can provide the rate for outside work.

3. Work carried out by the laboratory staff as a service for ASU groups or for other parties (often referred to as "fee-for-service") will be charged the applicable facility use fee and in addition, $40 per hour for labor.

4. SOLS researchers and faculty in need of bioimaging funding support can apply for limited funds through the RTI office. The request for funding support form can be downloaded here.

The above fees assume that the user is fully trained and does not need assistance from staff other than for advice.

* Night fees are from 7:00PM to 7:00AM

¹ Collaborative research is defined as working with a staff researcher or faculty member at ASU and that the collaborator is listed as an author on any publication resulting from the work. Collaboration research is at the discretion of the individual staff researcher and or faculty member.
