Arizona State University celebrates Darwin’s 200th birthday and commemorates the 150th anniversary of the publication of On the Origin of Species with Darwinfest - a creative scientific enterprise.

Learning Resources Center (LRC)

Overview

The LRC room opened its doors in the Fall of 2005. The sixteen station computer room along with the mediated conference room is designed for SOLS undergraduate students and students enrolled in SOLS classes.

Location: Life Sciences Building C-wing LSC-102

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The computer systems are customized with software focused on study and research in the life sciences. The conference room can be reserved by SOLS and related SOLS undergraduate groups. The LRC will provide a central location for students to come for help with specific life science classes. In addition to the new space, and computer technology, the room also provides a wireless laptop zone for the meeting room and the adjoining lobby area in the Life Sciences C Wing. The facility is funded by the School of Life Sciences and the Office of the Provost.
