We welcome submission of abstracts for both poster and oral presentations at the conference. However, due to time constraints, we will only be able to accommodate a limited number of oral presentations in addition to those of our invited speakers. Conference participants wishing to give an oral presentation should indicate this in their abstract submission. We will honor these requests as often as possible. Registrants not selected for oral presentation will be asked to present their work during our evening poster session.

Abstracts should be submitted as a Microsoft Word or text document using the following format:

Title:
Authors: (list all authors with the presenting author in bold type)
Abstract: (limited to 250 words)
Preference for talk or poster: Please indicate if you would prefer giving a talk rather than a poster. However, remember that due to time constraints, we may not be able to accommodate everyone wishing to give a talk.
Would you like to be considered for the student poster competition? yes/no

Early Registration Deadline:
December 14, 2007 (FREE)

Late Registration:
December 15 – February 6 ($25)

Registration is free until December 14, 2007 and open to the public. However participants MUST be registered to attend the conference. Please register by sending an email to: animalcoloration@gmail.com with ‘Conference Registration’ in the subject line, the number of people (if any) accompanying you, and whether you have submitted an abstract or not.

We are now offering late registration from December 15 until February 6 for a fee of $25. Please make every attempt to make register prior to December 14, as it will make life much easier for the conference organizers! Late registrants should send a check for $25 to the address below, and checks should be made out to Arizona State University. Registration will also be available on the first day of the conference (February 6, 2008) until 12 noon, payable by cash or check. Registration will not be possible after this time, or on other conference days. We cannot accept credit or debit card payments.

The final banquet will be on the evening of February 9. The cost of attending this event is $35, payable by cash or check at the registration table on February 6. If you wish to reserve a seat at this event, please indicate this in your abstract submission/registration email to animalcoloration@gmail.com. Seating will be limited, so reserve your spot soon! Attendance will be limited to registered conference participants.
