The classes offered at the Sierra Ancha Station allow students to apply the concepts they have learned in previous lecture classes. This is a unique opportunity, as the current trend in university curricula nationwide is to eliminate field courses. Summer Session I, June 1 - July 2, 2004
Both courses are taught at the Sierra Ancha Research Station. Students must fill out the registration application (Application Form) to be considered. Forms are also available in hard copy at the School of Life Sciences Undergraduate Programs Office (LSC-226). Costs are $650.00 per student for lodging, all meals, and transportation to and from the station. Additionally, students must pay ASU tuition and fees for the courses. Students must sign up for both courses (6 credits). ASU tuition and fees for 6 credits is approximately $1198, including all lab fees (see Summer Session 2003 Fees). Please turn the completed form into the Sierra Ancha
Office/School of Life Sciences Undergraduate Programs Office at ASU,
LSC-228/226. The form can also be faxed to Liz Ridder at 480-965-2519.
