This page is designed to keep all Poster Symposium Participants informed of due dates as well as answer questions regarding the Symposium.

Please note: There are new guidelines for posters this year.

The posters will be put on the wall using the silver clips that will be attached to the wall in the hallways. These clips will hold 1/8" poster board, crescent board or paper. Any thicker material will not work. The poster must be on one piece of board or paper.

Each particpant will have wall space approximately 3' wide by 4' or 5' long to hang their poster in. The poster will have be designed to fit within the size of the alotted wall space.

*Important Dates to Keep in Mind:

Friday, December 17, 1999-
Poster Titles and Abstracts (on disk with a hard copy) are due in the UBEP Office (LSC Rm. 206) by 4:00pm. *Please note- You will need two sets to turn in: 1 disk and hard copy for the Hughes office, and 1 disk and hard copy for the Visualization Lab.
