Biography

Christian Wright is a physiological ecologist turned full-time biology education researcher who teaches undergraduate biology while also studying biology education at the post-secondary level. Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative data, he is primarily interested in assessment construction and design as well as how assessments impact students. Ultimately, his work focuses on how to design assessments that maximize student learning whilst also fairly and equitably assessing student understanding.
