Jessica's connection to Arizona State University started in 1899 when it was the Territorial Normal School at Tempe when her great-grandfather, Zebulon Pearce, graduated with teaching credentials.

Jessica graduated from ASU in 2010 with a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Art History. Her fondest memories as an undergraduate student include studying abroad three separate times; taking Art History classes in England, participating in an archaeological dig in Cyprus, and learning about international tourism in Central and South America.

Since graduation Jessica traveled to 30 plus countries and lived in Colorado for several years before coming back and deciding to work towards a Master's degree here at ASU. She will graduate in December 2018 with her M.Ed. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, being outside, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places!
