“Officially,” I am interested in the future of biodiversity conservation and protected areas in the Anthropocene, the Age of Humans, in which humans are a force of pervasive, global change to the environment and the climate. In particular, I study the effects of climate, environmental, and social change on US National Parks. “Unofficially” (outside of my doctoral work), I spend too much time exploring and writing about my other interests: American law and politics, science policy, climate change policy, yoga, and cats.
