Shea is an Arizona native who has always had a passion for problem-solving and helping others. She received her Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Arizona, where she fell in love with higher education. In 2017, she started the Master's in Higher and Postsecondary Education program at ASU. While completing the program, she interned at Phoenix College and worked for the ASU Student Organizations Office where she advised student clubs/organizations and planned leadership events, involvement fairs, student organizations' involvement in Homecoming and Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. In Spring 2019, she transitioned to a position in the Provost Office assisting with the First in the World Grant and other Student Success Innovations projects.
Shea is currently an Academic Support Specialist for the School of Life Sciences. Her roll is to support online students to reach their academic and future goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, being out in the Arizona sunshine, dancing and volunteering with the Junior League of Phoenix.
