SOLUR participants
SOLUR students and online students - The cost of creating one test print and one poster print is covered by the SOLUR program for SOLUR Fellows, Researchers and Apprentices. If you find an error and would like to reprint your poster, you are required to pay for it.
To begin the printing process with the SOLS VisLab, complete the poster submission form. The maximum poster size is 31 inches wide by 40 inches long.
If your poster and poster form are received after April 26, 2023, the VisLab may try to print your poster by the symposium date, but there is no guarantee.
Non-SOLUR participants
Please check with your faculty mentor or program coordinator and ask who will cover the cost of printing your poster.
To use the SOLS VisLab, fill out a work order form. It must be signed by your faculty mentor and include a valid ASU account number. If you are not using an account number, indicate on the work order form that the payment will be cash or check. The poster file may be emailed to solsvl@asu.edu or brought to LSE B61 on a flash drive. Please note, VisLab does not accept debit or credit cards at this time.
If you use a facility other than the SOLS Visualization Lab to print your poster, check the vendor’s printing times and requirements far in advance.
