Experience the life sciences

The STEM Inclusion Summit convenes the ASU community to learn about current research and initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion in STEM at ASU. It provides faculty and students the opportunity to get feedback on your work or initiative and to meet other like-minded folks at ASU.

This marquee event allows undergraduate students conducting research in life sciences to hone their communications and public speaking skills, as well as present their research to both fellow scientists and a public audience

BioSci Southwest is a regional symposium that engages presenters and attendees to create a fun and community-oriented experience. The symposium is free and includes admission to all events.

Once a month, the Bioethics Breakfast Club meets over breakfast treats and coffee to discuss emerging issues in bioethics. Faculty, graduate and undergraduate students from our school and across ASU will also discuss related research opportunities.

The School of Life Sciences Undergraduate Awards Ceremony is hosted at the spring semester. Students receive merit-based awards for their work and dedication to the life sciences over the last academic year.

Each year, ASU Open Door invites the local community, adults and children of all ages to experience ASU and discover why it continues to be ranked No. 1 in areas that matter.
