MIP
If you are a PhD student, have advanced to candidacy (oral exam, written exam, and prospectus passed), and do not have a previously awarded masters degree counting toward your PhD on your iPOS (blanket credit hours), you may request a masters in passing (MIP) using the Google form linked below. If approved, this allows you to receive an awarded masters degree on the way to completing your PhD. After completing the form below, you will be notified if approved and prompted to complete a new masters iPOS and apply for graduation with the MIP.
