About this award
If you are paying registration fees or traveling for conferences, consider applying for a travel award. The SOLS travel award is offered quarterly and students may receive up to $400 per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

Eligibility
- Applicants must be graduate students enrolled in a SOLS degree program during the award period who are in good standing with SOLS and the Graduate College.
- Students must self-apply using the provided google form.
- Eligible students are able to receive up to $400 once per fiscal year for in-person/online events and travel expenses per ASU travel guidelines policy.
Submission procedures
- An application must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. AZ time of the application period deadline.
- The application will open one month prior to the application deadline listed above. If you open the application link below and you see a message about it being closed, then you'll need to wait until it is within a month of the deadline, at which point the Google form will be accepting responses.
- Students must submit application (the button linked below) and upload all required materials to the Dropbox link provided in the application.
Applications will not be accepted after the posted deadline.
Applicants will be notified of the status of their application prior to the start of the award period the applicant applied for. If an applicant does not receive an email notification by the posted award period start date, you may inquire with the SOLS Graduate Office at sols.grad@asu.edu on the status of your application.
